Hello everyone! I'm very excited to work with all of you this quarter! I look forward to exploring how technology plays a role in accessibility with you, and discovering how we can become better designers of accessible technology as well as better advocates for digital accessibility in the opportunities that come our way. My interests are in Computer Science education, applications of computing in science, as well as Computational Number Theory.

WELCOME ALL!
A new quarter begins and new knowledge awaits!
Welcome to the First-Year Seminar, Exploring Technology for Accessibility (SEMN107). In this seminar we will work to improve our writing, speaking, and collaborative skills in a variety of forms, in the context of technology and accessibility.

Good writing takes time to think through and analyze ideas. Sometimes words flow easily, yet other times we may sit and stare at a blank screen or piece of paper. Give yourself time to try something, get stuck, ask questions, and be willing to revise multiple times.
There are awesome supports available for you as you begin your college adventures. Be sure to visit the Learning Commons this quarter. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not a sign of weakness!
