Before Classes Start: Getting Set Up

Read the Syllabus to learn more about the course and what hardware and software you will need. (There will be a "Syllabus Quiz" by the end of 1st Week.)
Microsoft Teams: Download the Microsoft Teams app for laptops, desktops, or mobile devices. Alternatively, you can use Microsoft Teams from a web browser.
In Microsoft Teams (app or web browser), sign in using your K email address (for example, Buzz.Hornet20@kzoo.edu) and then join:
- The CS Collaboration Center team (code whllu3o). Watch the first 2 min and 40 seconds of the Welcome to Microsoft Teams and the Online CS Collaboration Center video if you want tips on using the online version of the Collaboration Center. (The rest of the video is specific to the remote learning of 2020-21.)
- Turn on notifications for the General channel and for the COMP104 Channel in the Collaboration Center team. (Go to the team and click on the "…" next to the General channel to find channel notifications.)
