according to the following scale:

|  -  | Negative Contribution: Seldom present, a drain on the group's progress |
|  0  | No particular Contribution: Frequently absent and/or didn't engage / contribute |
|  +  | Mild Contribution: Usually present; contributed inconsistently, or in small ways |
|  ++ | Fully Contributed, as expected in this class |
| !!! | Contributions stand out  (technical or leadership contributions, see Q #2) |
|  ?  | I really can't tell how much this person contributed (Please say why this is.) |
